Well what a time to do this with the added complication that all of the staff have been furloughed!
I do process payroll for a number of clients of an accountant on a freelancing basis. This is the first client that I will be solely responsible for providing their payroll. I have looked at payroll software available and decided on Brightpay as it appears to deal with auto-enrolment quite well and the customer service feedback is excellent.
I have requested through HMRC online that payroll is added to my Agent Account and the client has completed an online 64-8.
My question is how do I get a username and password for RTI submissions?
