You need a privacy policy which should cover aspects of security as deployed by you/your practice. ICB has a template GDPR privacy policy (which covers in brief how your security of data is handled). Note, each practice will be different and so you need to look at your processes and software etc and ensure these are secure and conform to latest GDPR reglations (which cover security of data held by you).
