Eventually Moneysoft said they had absolutely no idea why my data disappeared and couldn't help me any further.
I've finally got all this sorted out with HMRC.
I have implemented further checks on the data each time I go in, to ensure nothing has changed since the last submission! That's not soemthing I would expect to have to do with such a supplier.
