Hi, Can anyone tell me why it takes so long for a paper to be marked?

Hi, I sent it in 18th January it was Level 111 Diploma in Payroll Management

I wasnt really complaining, I probably shouldnt have been looking so many times.
I am absolutely astounded by my mark.
