I am starting the process of setting up on my own, and am trying to get to grips with what rates to charge.
I have been asked, regarding payroll, whether I would charge an hourly rate or an employee rate.
Can anybody tell me what the norm is - and if it is a rate per employee, what a realistic rate would be?
