Business Terms

Hello everyone,

I know this could be a "no brainer" answer to my following question, but "Do I need to go to a solicitor to draw up a written contract between my future clients and my business?"; owing to the fact I have stipulated terms to my services on my website for the time period for an invoice to be paid?

Kind regards

David

No. You just need to write your own terms of engagement - there is a sample in the members area you can adapt.
