Hi,
Have a feeling this thread will expand as I work through fusion! My query is

Invoice reference numbers that have been created in the alias field do not show on supplier reports, only system generated ones.   The same goes when making supplier payments with these invoice numbers.  In fact I haven't tried yet but I assume then that this will be the same for all other reports as well.

In the actual exam would we get marked down for this as fusion does not seem at present to have the ability to do this.

Hi Shazans,

I had the same problem, ICB answer was to just make a note of the issue. But I have now found many problems with using fusion, especially with the reports.  Have you found any other issues or have you managed to complete the exam?

Hi Shar

I stopped using Fusion because of the reporting and VAT calculations for a start.  I am currently using Solar for the mock exam which seems fine.  I like the fact that I can edit/delete transactions easily and reports are easy to print off.  The only thing I have found is that you can't print off a list of unreconciled bank transactions, it prints off reconciled as well as unreconciled but I'm hoping that won't be a problem.

Hi Shar and Shazan,

Thanks for reporting issues you are experiencing using Fusion.

I did trial it for my computerised Level 2 and reading your thread, i have now made up my mind i will not be reactivating my account. I did liaise with fusion customer support on numerous occasion to make amendments but facts have proven feedbacks have not been taken into account! This is a shame for their reputation. They will not be gaining customers with so many informations missing from important reports.

Can you please advise online accounting software you are currently using? Are you using on a Free trial basis?

Hi nckbooks,

I have trialed VT+ transaction and Solar.  I really enjoyed using VT+, definately my favorite only problem was that you can't print out customer, supplier contact details reports which is needed for the mock at least.  I then went on to use Solar which is good as well.
