thanks for the welcome.
i'm originally from romford but now live along the road in seven kings.
i seem to post things twice on here-sorry.
starting task 5 manual book keeping level one today, not doing badly as i only statred the course 2 weeks ago.
should i carry on to level 2 of the manual book keeping or is it worth going straight into computerised courses?

Hi

I have Level 1 manual and Level 2 and 3 computerised.
The best college to do your level 2 and 3 computerised is Clever Cloggs Training. They explained how to do the  manual calculations then input data in Sage  even though it was a computerised course, which I found very helpfull as it saved me money so I didn't have to do manual and computerised.
Give Nathalie Barr a call at Clever Cloggs Training and I'm sure she can answer all your questions. She was my tutor and I can say she was the best tutor I had.She is still helping now after I finished my studies with her.
I hope this helps.

Dave35 - I did manual to level 2 then used the books and mock that the ICB have to complete my level 2 computerised. But it's entirely up to you, whichever way you find easiest. I personally preferred to do the manual 1st, then when It comes to the computerised, you know why the software puts figures where they are, and if you make a mistake then you know how to correct it.

Adrian - Whereabouts in Essex are you? I have noticed there are not many people about in Essex on this forum, nice to know I'm not the only one.
