Hi, We had this problem too. We were in the middle of a free fully supported trial so I called Sage and they directed me to a fix on their website. I am sorry I do not know where it was as I did it while on the phone to them.
Have a look around in their technical support / fix section and it will be there!
It took about 2 mins - so nice and easy
