Can any body tell me the requirments for getting practice license?

1. is that mendatory to become a member of ICB before getting practice license or can i get practice license without being a member of ICB(like AICB or MICB)?

2. shall i need to complete upto level 2 or level 3 to get a practice license?

When you have passed Manual Bookkeeping Level II and Computerised Bookkeeping Level II you can upgrade to Associate Member. You would then need to have Professional Indemnity Insurance in place and then you could apply for a Practice Licence.
