I found Fusion very helpful when I contacted them. They extended my initial 4 week trial to 6 without any fuss, and then actually did not touch my access for another week and a half after that, having given advanced notice by e-mail first. A very customer friendly approach.
You clearly feel as comfortable using their service as I do, as you clearly would use them again for such an important activity as taking the exam.
Fusion are looking to put their name into the minds of bookkeepers, and this sort of publicity is cost effective for them, especially if you then come back to the Forum with a positive word as well.
