Hi
Just wondering the best way to study for the SA exam - and can i do this before doing level 3 manual and computerised? (so far done L1 and L2 (M&C))

I did it with Ideal Schools - not a cheap way but very good (I did levels 1 and 2 with them too).  I've read on this forum that some people have done it just using the HMRC website, but I had to supplement my study material with the HMRC website too.  The ICB textbook also comes well-recommended on this forum too, so it's horses for courses really - it depends how much you are able to invest.

I used hmrc website, and the ICB book.  Don't think I could have done it without either one, but I was surprised at how complex the exam was.  Took me longer to prepare the exam answers than it did to complete the ICB book.  I originally lost marks on the background questions so take care with these - but passed in the end, and I've actually done a couple now.
