Hi James,

I failed the online mock at 63%.  Some of the questions are missing so how can I revise what I got wrong?

Really down about it all and my actual exam is booked for 26th March.

Don't be too down hearted, hopefully James at ICB will help you with feedback. I'm doing the L3 on-line mock tomorrow before the exam proper on Thursday. Hopefully, all will be well!

Hi Loz

Dont let yourself get down this will give you a chance to focus your revision.

If you have had any technical difficulties let the ICB know and I am sure they will get it sorted for you.

Hi Loz, please don't get down about this as the same happened to myself quite recently. I failed the mock with a score of 68% and was gutted but a few weeks later passed the actual exam with 98%. I completely messed up on one question in particular but with some focussed effort on my part and assistance from Ideal Schools my weakness was addressed and the rest is history. Have faith in yourself and I am sure you will come out on top. Cheers,John.

Rafman - good luck! I cannot make the next regional meeting in Stockport but will more than likely attend the Lancashire one instead.

Thanks for everyones support.  Hope ICB can tell me what the missing questions are!  2 weeks today I will be sitting in the exam room probably stressing out but i'll give it a go.

Hi Loz,

Please take heart and have faith in yourself. I took the L3 manual on-line mock on Monday and failed with 67%; I took a step back, realised that i'd made silly mistakes and spoke with my training provider about a couple of queries I had.

3 days later - today, I took the exam and passed with 87%; I would have been very happy with that result on Monday evening but Ironically, after taking the exam, I know that I should have done even better! Anyway, as Planty commented earlier, doing the on-line mock really sets you up for the actual exam. So take a deep breath and faith in your abilities and remember: read the Question!
