Trouble booking level 3 manual exam :(

Hey,

I was just wondering if anyone else has or had experienced the same problem as me? I've been trying to book my level 3 manual exam through pearson vue but whenever I log on it says that I am not authorised to book anything. I've contacted the ICB and pearson vue to try to resolve this. Everyone's responsed promply and politely trying their best to help but nothing seems to be working.


ICB said I should be authorised to book level 3 from when I passed level 2 and have re send the authorisation to pearson vue, However, when I logged on I was still unauthorised to schedule an exam. ICB have now forwarded this to their IT department to see if there's a software error. Pearson Vue contacted me giving me a new user and password to log in using. However when I log in using this a pop up comes up saying that though the log in details are correct I need to register a new account- but I can't do this becuase my email address and student number is already registered! 


I'm starting to feel so disheartened about this becuase i've had a date in mind to take the exam from when I began studying the level 3 syllabus and have been working towards this date but I want to have it booked to really ensure I keep motivated. I also don't want to have to wait any longer than this date to take the exam as I fear i'll start getting a bit lax about my studies!


I've not started this thread to sl** off the ICB or Pearson Vue and can not emphasise enough how quickly everyone is responding to me to try to resolve the problem and how helpful they have been! I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this before and what was done to resolve this? xxx
