I'm looking for something similar to what Trafalgar do with Professional Indemnity Insurance but for Public Liability Insurance. So I can input details to get a rough idea of the cost.
There is a property that looks like it may be avaiable to rent. I thought the recent occupants had bought the property but it looks like they were only renting - and the person they have been renting it from I have known for over 30 years. I actually think the property might be ideal for me. I can't justify it at the moment as I don't have enough work. I'm trying to get some figures together to see how much renting a property would cost me in total. There would be all the additional costs - installing broadband/phone line, electricity, contents insurance, travelling costs (I couldn't claim), signage etc.
I tried one of the compare quotes sites but they are asking for too many personal details - I was hoping for a quote that if I liked I could then fill in the personal details.
So - anyone know of a site similar to Trafalgar (I suppose I could look at Trafalgar as well). All I'm after is a ballpark figure.
