I see that a firm of chartered accountants are now, when they are emailing me documents, using an encrytion service called Engress. They pay a fee to Engress, they send me an email telling me that they have sent the attachments and I have to log on (for free) and then have access to the attachments.
Anyone use this or a similar service? Does the Institute have any advice that we should be using something similar? I'm told it's for Data Protection and that ICAS is strongly advising in favour of it.
