Hi,
I am currently taking my self assessment diploma, and I note from the Professional Conduct Regulations under the fundamental principles No16. A member must not give tax advice.!
Assuming I pass the Self Assessment Diploma will I then be allowed to offer tax advice, in relation to the self assessment tax return only, or does this mean general tax advise.
