I am awaiting the above form for one of my clients and I have tried calling HMRC to chase it up several times over the last few days but cannot get through to the department that I need. I was just on hold for 26 minutes to be told to call back later.
I am panicing a bit with the 19th May deadline, is anyone else still awaiting this form to be issued from HMRC? Another client of mine received it over a week ago.
I am going to try HMRC again, wish me luck
