I have been reading through the MLR information sent to me by ICB when I got my practice licence, and it suggests registering with SOCA even before you need to submit a SAR..........
Has anyone else done this "Just in case"?
I found the part on the web site but if it is some time before I actually need to submit a SAR (if ever) I will have forgotten all the passwords and log-in details.
Would it be ok to reister as and when the need arrises instead?
Would just like to know what others have decided to do????
