Sorry I think I posted this on the Introductions forum and it should have gone here - :-(

What obligations and to whom and in what order does the bookkeeper have if a client goes under ?

HMRC ?
Creditors - staff 1st or suppliers ?
Client ?

Just a bit nervous.

Thanks for the answers - I suspected that.

They have (of course) assured me I will be paid but I guess I will just be cautious.
They have spoken with an Insolvency practitioner.
