hi..
  i am mohit. i am student of icai (institute of chartered accountant of india), preparing for final course. i want to get settled in uk. so, what are the basic steps to apply.. and can i get part time job in uk ( any kind of accounts work)

Hi Mohit

Welcome to the ICB forum.

I would suggest you speak to the UK embassy as they will be able to advise you of the legalities of coming to the UK to work.

As you are a memeber of the ICAI you may wish to contact the ICAEW the english couterpart to the ICAI.

I am sure with the advert of the internet any of the distance learning colleges for the ICB would be to help you study towards a bookkeeping career with in the uk.
