I have just about finished AAT level 3 and would like to offer services to local sole traders while continuing to AAT Level 4. Am I able to get a practice licence with the level 3 qualification?

I didn't do level 2 as the college said I could go straight onto level 3..

Hi,

you will need to be qualified to ICB level 2.  You probably should give them a ring about exemtions, everything you have done under the AAT will cover the manual aspect.  However, especially as you skipped level 2 AAT, they probably will want you to sit the level 2 computerised exam.
