Hello everyone,
Firstly let me introduce myself; my name is Michelle and I work for a project development company as a Business Administrator mainly covering HR and Bookkeeping/Other finance related issues.
We are hoping to reach financial close some time this year, and in readiness we are looking for a new accounting software that we can hopefully tailor to meet our needs as we move into the project delivery phase. Currently we use Sage 50 Accounts and although we use departments to monitor spend against our "Work Packages", this does not seem to provide us with the future scope we need.
I was wondering if anyone knows of an accounting software that may be better suited to such a project (capex expected to be over £30 million)? Note, we only have one project; we do not do several projects at the same time.
