Hi Everyone,

I have received an enquiry from a local football club about my services, I have a meeting with them on Tuesday and I'm a little nervous.

Does anyone have any pointers for me in in regards to what I should be asking them, my current clients are all small sole traders and this sounds like it could be quite different to what I'm used to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I am on the finance committee for Scarborough Football club and it isnt that disimilar to any other business.  It has the same isssues such as revenue recognition, player expenses vs player income, and budgeting.

I wouldnt be too worried, the fundamentals of bookkeeping are the same in just about every business.
