Please could someone advise me on the following:
If I had a Practice Licence, would I be able to give advice to clients on Self Assessment, or would I need to pass the Self Assessment Tax Diploma first?

Two quick points. To deal with self assessments you need to have passed that module. Second point, the ICB don't actually allow their members to offer advice. Strange, but true.
