Hi

I ordered the levl 2 manual book and revision book from ICB on Saturaday but my orders section says it is still being processed.

Does anyone know how long it takes ICB to send there text bookso ut after the order?

I've ordered a few books now at different times and they have arrived anything between 2 and 10 days after order.

 I also ordered a book on Sunday and that hasn't been dispatched either but I ordered a different one the Sunday before and that arrived 2 days later.

Hi Jan

Thanks for letting me know about the timescales.

I was wondering how long it took because I tried to join the ICB rewards programme but it would not accept my memebership number. Checking my account it says my bemebership is still being processed and I joined a coule of weeks ago.

Hi Kevin

It took a while for my membership to be processed too and I thought that was what had caused my first book to be delayed.

I found somewhere on the website that books are dispatched on a weekly basis so hopefully it won't be long now.
