ok so rant time, on completion of my mock for computerised level 2 (ICB oaklands tree care) i feel ther is no way i'm going to pass the real exam, mainly due to needing to print a VAT report which weirdly should be in reports but isn't & resorted to google!!! paid hundreds for my course & i'm using google!!! like i also did to find out why P&L was unavailable. . . . this was due to teaching me a nifty tecnique to remove data including the COA...... which i googled (chart of accounts) only restored by finding a backup of my 1st sage session on a USB then restored using. . . . wait for it. . . . google! why is all this missing? & also the figures on the mocks (kaplans) do not match the answers (defo not me, they are acctually wrong) wondering right now why i'm bothering at all?.

Hi Pigeon,

Happy New year!! Sorry to hear of your study issues and for obvious reasons I cannot comment on these. However, in relation to the Oakland's paper, we've been using this for a number of years and I'm not aware of any errors within the answers provided by ICB. 

You may find you are better prepared than you think and I wish you well with your exam when that times comes.
