Can anyone help please, I'm self studying and have my exam in feb. I have been working through the revision kit, and I don't know where I have gone wrong on a Tax return, in box 3 my answer is 16,520 and box 4 my answer is 5,646.29 these are both correct so my answer for box 5 is 10,873.71 which is wrong, but I'm unsure why the correct answer is 7006.71. My understanding was that box 5 would be the difference between box 3 and 4. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
