Hi Everyone,

I am self studying for the B1 exam using Kaplan's "Certificate in Bookkeeping (Manual) Level II", new syllabus, and wonder could anyone tell me the chapters I need to study for this exam.

If anyone is doing the same, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, Does anyone have a copy of a mock exam for the B1 and B2 assessments?

Thanks in advance,

Gerry

Hi Gerry

I did the new level II by self study a couple of months ago using the Kaplan books and wondered the same thing.  The ICB syllabus might help but in the end I studied the whole book and sat the B1 and B2 exams straight after each other.  As you get an immediate result, there is no problem with doing this.  I would recommend buying the Level II Revision Book as this gives lots of practise questions and answers and I found it very helpful.

Once you have done the studying and worked through the revision book I would suggest doing the online mock exams (purchase from the ICB shop) as these are very helpful in seeing what the exam is like.

Good luck with your studies.
