Hi

Was having a last practice run before I ordered up my payroll exam. I stupidly allocated ssp to the wrong person.  I spotted it before I updated it but I can't seem to be able to remove it off the employees record.  Has anybody any idea how I can do this without restoring back to my last update ?

Hi Becky,

You should be able to remove the dates you have allocated as being off sick.

When you are in the payroll payment record for employee click on SSP/Parental Leave (at top of screen) and then highlight all the sick dates, right click on the mouse and select 'none'. This should remove the SSP.
