Payroll Software Recommendations

Hi,

I currently use 12Pay for my payroll client, however my license runs out in January and I am taking on two new payroll clients next year.

I thought that this would be a great time to look around at other options.

Does anyone use any payroll software that they would recommend?

Hi Terri,

I use Brightpay which is easy to use and has Auto Enrolment included in the price. Currently £199 plus Vat per annum - unlimited clients/employees.

I think I read somewhere that you can get it cheaper through ICB?

I too use Bright Pay in my employed role and find it much easier than the Sage 50 I am using for my Payroll exams.... I've had a go with 12Pay - very clunky and yes I did get a discount for my Bright Pay - however if changing in January beware as the prices quoted I think only take you to April when the new version will be availalbe for next tax year and you will maybe need to pay again.

Good luck

I'm the same as CAP - a big Moneysoft Payroll Manager fan

It's so easy to use, gives great, easy to understand reports - that even your clients can understand and their support is second to none. I've had to use support a couple of times and they've always answered within a few rings and each time have answered my query striaght away, guiding me to how to do what I needed to do with great efficiency.
