Sorry can't post in members room. If amount owed is over £750 I think. If customer doesn't dispute debt send them by rcorded mail a a statutory demand for payment. Costs nothing you can download the form. If they then don't pay within 21 day you can apply for them to be made bankrupt. They need to go to court to overturn it. Used it once when I running another business got the money right away.
