Hi,

I have a cleints that currently works on Sage Instant Account 2012.  It is perfectly good for what they need but obviously whoever set it up on the computer didn't do it properly and some of the reports such as 'Update ledgers' and the bank rec reports just don't run.  The client can't find the original CD rom and they are no longer supported so I cannot get a replacement download from Sage. 

I use Sage instant accounts 2012 at home as well and I didn't know whether the serial numbers you are given are actually attached to the cd rom and if not whether I can use my cd rom with the clients serial number to get their software working correctly.

I hope I am making sense and that someone out there who's a wizz with Sage can help.
