Hi All,

I am hoping someone can help me, I have just bought the B3 mock exam can download the assesment but am having trouble with the model answers, I can open the zip file but I cannot open any of the documents.

I really don't know what to do :-(

 You might need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader

Do a google search for "Adobe Acrobat Reader". download and install in your pc

Hello Karla

I'll second what Vip said. When you say you 'opened' the zip file, did you double click it or extract the folder? You need to extract the folder by 'right-click' then extract all. Extract them to your desktop so you can easily locate them.

Thanks guys, think I was having a pregnant moment and could just not get my head around what I was doing wrong, but worked it out in the end :-).
