Morning all,
I got an email yesterday from a new client (so new I haven't started work yet) asking if it was true that landlords will soon not be able to claim the interest on a mortgage against rental income for tax purposes. I thought surely this can't be true as the private landlords rely on this relief from the buy-to-let mortgages.
From what I have read so far, this is being phased in from April 2017. Really???
