Hi, am going to take an online exam later but just wondered If you fail do you have to pay again to retake? also will it be the same questions if you have to re book? Thanks Lauren

Hi Lauren,

You will need to pay for a reatake if you don't pass the first one and although i've not seen a retake exam I would be very surprised if it's the same as the first one.  I believe they have a number of verisons for each.

I would advise you to do a mock first - they are a lot cheaper and it will help you become familiar with the layout and language used. Comprehension is very important because often the correct answer turns on a technical understanding of the phraseology. 

Also, unlike the real exam you are given the correct answers afterwards so you can see where you went wrong. If you fail the genuine exam you often don't have a clue where you lost some of the marks.
