Hi Karen
First of all, are you looking at the VAT reports to a VAT return that has already been submitted? If so, this wont change, because that's what you submitted at the time - however, if you now look at the Exception report - it should have the 'deleted' bill change on there, so will be pulled through on your next VAT return.
If you haven't submitted the return yet, then it may well have the bill still on the VAT return, but have a little look further down the report - is the deleted bill also on it, but as a 'minus' so that it cancels itself out? - i.e. the original date of the bill down as plus £100 - date of deleting bill, down as minus £100
If this isn't the case, it may be worth a call to QBO - they'll check it out for you, and if its an error, they'll get it sorted.
