Submissions to Companies house is different to submissions to HMRC using your agent code.
With companies house, you need to register using your business email address and then choose a password.
You will be sent a link to confirm the email address and once this is confirmed you can log back into companies house and submit the following on behalf of your clients.
You will need your clients registered number and authentication code. What you can submit on comanies house
-Confirmation statements( previously annual returns),
-Annual accounts submissions for ltd companies( Ideally should be done by a fully qualified accountant not an associated Bookkkeper or upgrade to Member and pass the advanced level 4 exams before you can do this),
-Change business address,
-Directors address,
-Changes in shares
AGENT CODE IS USED FOR HMRC/GOV GATEWAY WEBITE to submit VAT,PAYROLL.
