Payrolling Benifits in Kind

Hi All

I hopeing you can all help me or give me some advice .

I am currently doing payroll administration for one of my clients who uses an outside payroll company but need, a hand organising and checking the information. (This has also helped to save costs for them as i have been able to sort the auto enrollment seperatly rather than the silly price they wanted to charge them)

They recently had an email asking if they wish to enroll for payrolling their benifits in kind. As i have not had any dealing with this yet. I wanted to know if anyone else has and what are the pros and cons. And what things I need to look out for. They have a company medical scheme and a few of their sales men have company cars. Are there currently any payroll systems that can hand this?

Any info would be greatly welcome. I am hoping to eventually take on the payroll totally from this outside company, as this was their aim from when they hired me, but I want to ensure that when that day comes i can deliver as much as the other company do for them currently.
