I've been approached by small not for profit limited by guarantee company, and was wondering who to do due diligence on.
All the other Ltd companies I do work for are 1 or 2 directors so it is easy and I just do them all, but this one has 8 directors. Do I have to do due diligence on all of them?
Any insight would be helpful.
