Let me start by wishing you all a very Happy New Year; I hope you all have a fantastic 2017.
I passed my payroll diploma last year but it was for a tax year prior to the 2016/17 year. I'm trying to refresh my notes and to make sure I understand the changes such as the introduction of exempt expenses, approval notices, etc but I can't seem to find any clear and comprehensive guide to the new arrangements. I have always been inclined to use HMRC's website and Gov.uk but the relevant sections are either unclear to me or do not appear to have been updated to reflect the new position.
Can anyone refer me to a comprehensive and accurate web page or book that I can refer to. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
