Payroll - Process employee payments electronically

Hello

I've recently added payroll to the services I can offer clients, having just passed the payroll management exams. To prepare for potential clients, I've been researching how payments can be made in bulk via bank transfers, but I've had no success.

For example, if I'm approached by a client who pays their employees by cheque, I'd like to be able to advise them of a more efficient and conveneient way payments can be made. However, I've been unable to find out what is available apart from having to make individual bank transfers to each employee. Any advice what more efficient options there are?
