I contacted the F.C.A. this morning for advice but they could not give me any more information than I already have so I am hoping that members will be able to advise.
The DRAGONS HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE LTD. was registered on the Mutuals Public Register as of 19th May 2015 and the Financial year end is logged as 31/12. I am assuming the date for financial year end has been extended.
They have not made any returns since incorporation and I believe a return is due. I need a definitive date for this account and report return. The F.C.A. in London suggested 7mths after the end of the financial year end but I pointed out that it appeared the year end had been extended which would therefore alter the date for the return.
I believe the date for the Return is very imminent
