Hi,

I have recently purchased a mock exam and i just attempted to start the computerised part but i couldnt find the option to start a new company.

I logged in as normal through the company created from the course notes and clicked file but the link for start new company is greyed out. i hope im missing something obvious but struggling to find it so hoping someone can point me in the right direction

Hi, not sure what software you have but I would guess that it's Sage Payroll, and probably not multi company. Were you advised to take a 'blank' backup before entering any payroll data? If yes, you should restore from that backup and change the company name via preferences. If you dont have this backup you'll need to contact your college for guidance.
