Hello

My mind has gone completely blank, Client switching from Sage One to QuickBooks online ...entered up TB as Opening Balances  all good. Now looking at Debtors/Creditors....I need to enter up the individual Invoices from the Debtors/Creditors reports but I can't remember what to do next.....HELP PLEASE!!!! Feeling stupid :(

Thank you.

Same principle as if you were doing it in Sage - post the individual invoices to the customer/supplier accounts but code them to suspense ratehr than to sales (and use a non vat tax code) and if you've posted your debtor/creditor balances to the balance sheet control accounts you need to journal them to the opposite side of the suspense account to clear
