Hi Mandy,
I'm guessing you are using Sage 50 Payroll. If you set the process date to the end of the tax year (05/04/19) you could run the P60 for the year either by employee or for everyone from reports. If per employee, select the employee, go to reports, select year end and choose the year you want to run the P60 for and scroll down to select P60 Sage Duplicate which you can save as a pdf, print or email without needing the Sage stationery.
For the email you have to edit which ever report you want (payslip or P60) which takes you to the report designer to let it use gmail to send emails.
