Good Afternoon,

I am currently working my way through level II in Computerised Bookkeeping.  However, I am stuck on something.  I have reached Chapter 9, section 6 - Producing customer statements. I have done everything by the book, but yet, when I open the Criteria Values - the drop down does not include the customer reference section. I have checked and double checked that I have clicked all the right options, but still stuck at same point. Any tips would be greatly appreaciated.

 Hi Sabrina,

Are you clicking on customers Field to the left on your screen, then statement to the right, then layout and then choose the type of report you want.

Thank you for replying, I actually fathomed it out just after I posted this - seems if I double click the writing not the icons itself it gives me the right criteria value, ( i had double checked and triple checked everything else). Thank you for responding though.

Do we need to buy a sage 50 for practise, if yes then which options is the best for studying.
