Hi all,
I have a quick question. How do we treat one-off trials when it comes to payroll? So I have a client who had a person coming for 1 day trial and decided this was not for her. Do I inlcude this person in a payrun? She does have another job so obviously this would be a BR code but do I really go through it all of setting up someone for one payrun only to then mark them as a leaver? Would I have to do a starter checklist and all?
Any thoughts kindly appreciated.
