Hello

I did an AML risk assessment for my client about 12 months ago and I need to update it. I cannot see how to do this. I can find the one I did 12 months ago but I cannot find a button for updating it. Does that mean I have to do another from scatch? In that case, how do I tell it that the old one is out of date?

 No, just check that all the details are correct and amend anything that has changed. Click re-calculate risk and up date your risk assesment, and save (button at the bottom) and you are done for another year!

Thanks. That is what I was expecting someone to say. But I cannot see how to alter it. I cannot see an appropriate button. It allows me to write a new one from scratch but not how to amend an existing one or even click to say there is no change (there is a change though so it needs amending).

Am I looking at the wrong page? I've logged in and clicked on

resouces ... MLR ... AML online

I now see a summary of what I did last year but there is no button to either make an amendment or re-calulate risk.

Can you see the edit button on the right hand side of the summary for each client? Click the edit button and that should enable you to see everything and amend.

You may not believe me, but I've been searching for that button for 6 months. I got the clue to where it might be from your reply. You said "on the right". This has caught me out no end of times in all sorts of situation. It's because my screen isn't big enough. To get the right hand side, I've to move the script along and then everything appears.

Thank you so much. It was really bothering me.
