Please can someone help!!
If a UK based telecoms company supplies phones on contract to an Irish company (who have provided a IE VAT number), but the services are USED by staff within the UK, does the invoice have VAT (because the service is being used in the UK) OR no VAT because the customer is based in Ireland?
CONFUSED!
